Someday There Might Be Something Better

Spent a lovely weekend in the seaside town of Santa Barbara. Although I was only there for two days, it was a nice change of scenery. I especially enjoyed walking along East Beach in the morning and visiting the zoo. The fennec foxes were absolutely precious and I got to get super close to them. If you head to Santa Barbara soon, be sure to stay at Pacific Crest Hotel, who made my stay especially wonderful. The owners, Greg and Jennifer, are extremely helpful and Jennifer bakes a fresh breakfast everyday. The banana bread there was amazing!

This outfit is one of my two go-to outfits - a slip dress, a denim jacket, and black ankle boots. The boots and slip dress may change, but one thing is certain - this outfit is comfy AF. It's also easy AF. And it doesn't even look like you dressed down. I convinced my friend, Tina, to try out my go-to look after we found these slip dresses for only $19 in the Urban Outfitters intimates section. I love the slight thigh slit and the lace detailing surrounding it and the neckline. So simple yet so pretty.

When I was 15 years old, I had this great idea that I'd make a lot of money at a craft fair. Unfortunately, the craft fair had next to no foot traffic, so I spent the majority of my time reading copies of Vogue. I ended up stumbling over an article about Alexander Wang and since then, I've been obsessed with everything Alexander Wang. I recently picked up this purse and my dream boots from him and I could not be more excited. These boots are what my sartorial dreams are made of.
