I've been searching for a good pair of cat ears for awhile - Halloween stores, children boutiques, Japanese gift stores, etc. All of the options were either hair clips or too furry to be worn to anything outside of Anime Expo. While relating my struggle to my friends, my friend, Tina, suggested Forever 21. I rarely shop at Forever 21, so it never occurred to me to even go there.
